Carefully considered systems to ensure personal security and to discourage property damage and theft are composed of many elements, including a computerised fire and smoke detection system and a highly experienced team of Property Management, Security, Engineering and building maintenance professionals oversee these systems and work closely with tenants. Camana Bay also maintains detailed disaster and crisis plans.

Camana Bay offers 24-hour security patrol managed from an onsite Command and Control Centre. The Town is equipped with extensive closed circuit TV monitoring.
